Here is Emmie, Lola and Rosco. Rosco and Lola are so good with Emmie! Lola, the yellow one, will just sniff Emmie and Rosco, the black one, loves to give her kisses!!

Emmie's New Toy

Emmie is really playing with all of her toys. She is reaching for them and grabbing them. Then they go right into her mouth!! Here is the new toy she has found...Her FEET!!!

I will give a quick update on Miss Emerson. She has had a little stomach bug since Sunday. She started projectile vomiting on Tuesday and pooped like 9 times that day. We took her to the doctor on Wednesday and they confirmed it was a bug. They told me that it would have to work its course. She has been drinking Pedialyte and appears to be feeling better. I am scared to give her formula but we are going to try a formula bottle this afternoon. To feel bad she is still our sweet little angel! Yesterday Gregg came in the room right after she threw up and she just smiled at him like she was saying, "Look what I did!"

Oh What A Day

Today we had Emmie's nutrition study. We got there at 9:15 and left at 2:30. She was soooo good!! They weighed and measured her. She weighs 13lbs 5oz and is 23 1/4 long!! Here are a few pics from today.

Here she is with all the leads. This test her brain function. I think she looks so silly!!

She is getting weighed here again. She is fixing to get into the "Pea Pod". This test will measure her body mass. I love this picture, she looks like a little gangster!!

We had a great weekend!! On Saturday, Emerson got dedicated!! I will have to show you pictures later. I forgot to get my camera out of my sisters car, so it is in Stuttgart right now. My mom should bring on Friday. I will try to post pictures then!! After the dedication we had family and friends over to grill out. We had a great time!!

Then on Sunday was my first Mother's Day!! I had a great day!! Gregg and Emmie took me out to eat for lunch. They gave me a beautiful ring. I tried to take a picture of mine but our other camera sucks so the pic didn't turn out. Here is a picture of some other rings...

So, obviously mine has Emerson on it. I LOVE IT!!!! Gregg and Emerson did a great job!!!

Emmie Rolled Over!!!

Yes, it is true!! Our little over achiever rolled over 4 times on Friday. She rolled over 3 different times for her Grandma Cecelia and once for me!! I have been trying to have her roll over ever since but she will only do it with help. Poor Gregg, he hasn't seen her do it yet. We will try to video her rolling over when she does it again and post it for everyone to see!!

3rd Year Anniversary And The End Of Maternity Leave

Gregg and I have been married 3 years today!! I love you baby!! You are the most wonderful husband!! We celebrated early. On Friday, we went out to eat and went to a movie. His mom and step dad watched Emerson so we could go out. Thanks Nanu and Pops!! We had a great time and so did Emmie!!

And then today was the last day of my maternity leave. I spent all day holding and loving on Emerson!! I am blessed that I get to ease back into work. I am going to work 24 hours a week for another co-worker, Casey, who is on maternity leave. But still it is 8 hours I will not be with her. I know Gregg will take good care of her. I will just miss her!! So, today she took 2 naps on me while we were being lazy on the couch, played, practiced sitting up and rolling over, made her hand and foot print to put in a frame, went for a walk....I tried to do everything!!
