INTRODUCING.....

This is Lola, our new addition to the fam!!!! Where do I start...Thursday night Gregg and I were talking about how we wanted to get another dog before or when we moved back to Arkansas. We thought it would be good for Rosco. So, we decided (or maybe I should say I decided haha) that we wanted a yellow female lab. I looked on www.petfinder.com and we found her and her 2 other siblings. What is crazy is that she is part lab part golden retriever. Just like Rosco!!!! I talked to her foster parents and they said they would have the girls at Petsmart. We went and looked and now she is ours!!!! She weighs 15 lbs and they say she is 11 weeks old. We think she is younger because she is so small. Gregg said he was reading the paper work that her foster mom gave us and when they found her she weighed 3 lbs!!!

She is a sweetie!!! Her and Rosco had a blast this afternoon. Rosco is really good with her. He will let her bite all over him. She is definitely holding her own!!! I had to pull her off of Rosco a couple of times because she was growling so loud and being rough with him. I know, kinda crazy!! Well, enjoy the pics. I will try to take some better ones tomorrow. God works in mysterious ways!!!

Well, we got a new car this weekend. You know God works in mysterious ways!!! We got a 2005 Envoy XL. It is a seven passenger (for the fam to grow!!!) We ended up getting it cheaper than what the dealership paid for it. We got $4,000 in rebates plus the employee discount!!! We had decided we only wanted to pay $50 more than what we were paying for the Saturn and we are paying $49 more!!! So, once again say a thank you prayer for us!!! Well, we can't wait to see you guys!!! So, my advice for everyone...If something goes wrong just trust in God and everything will turn out GREAT!!!

For all of you who don't know we were in a wreck this weekend. After all of the pictures, it tells you what happend Saturday night. ALL 3 OF US ARE OK!!!!

We went to see the car today. I didn't remember it looking this bad!!! It almost made me cry, to think we were in that. We are waiting for the insurace company to get back intouch with us. I will be very surprised if they don't total it, but I have heard that insurance companies don't like to total vehicals anymore!! Regaurdless, we are getting a new car!!! Gregg and I went and look at Saturn Vue, GMC Envoy and Chevy Trailblazer. GM is selling cars at employee cost which is a tramendous mark down!!! And good for us!!! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers!!! We love you guys and can't wait to see you!!!

Starting out in Atlanta with a Crash, Boom, Bang!!

Well, we have had a crazy weekend to say the least. Last night Gregg, Rosco and I were in a wreck. We are a little sore, minor scrapes and bruise but we are OK!!!

Gregg was driving and we weren't but about a mile form our apartment. We were at the stop light waiting to get on the access road. The light turn green. We made it half way through and a lady hit the back end of the passenger side of the car. It spun us and then flipped us upside down. I was FREAKING out to say the least. We got out and we had some VERY nice people help us out. The lady behind us stayed until the cops came because she wanted to give her statement. She came up to us and said, "It was not your fault. That lady ran the stop light." everything happened so quickly. Because I had some shoulder and neck/back pain they took me to the hospital. So, it was me and the other lady on stretchers in the back and Gregg in the front with the driver. The lady received the a ticket for running the stop light.

The fireman were so nice, they took Rosco back to the apartment. Even after he peed in their truck!!! He was soooo scared!!! We got checked out at the hospital. Everything is good!! Please say a little thank you prayer to God that none of us were really hurt!!

We are trying to get a rental car so we can go see our car. I will send some pictures later. I highly recommend a Saturn Vue!!! They have dent resistant panels. We were hit full force and Gregg said that there wasn't even a dent. Amazing!!!

Dear God, please watch over everyone's car side to side and bumper to bumper. I pray that nothing will bump them and they won't bump anything!! Amen.

Rosco and The Vet

Well, we have been taking Rosco to the vet off and on for about a month now.:( He has had some skin issues. He had puss pockets on his belly, which are better now, and he had what they called pressure sores on his elbows. We had to take him yesterday because his sores on his elbows got worse. Come to find out, it is common for golden retrievers to have skin issues. The vet had to shave his elbows and scrub his wounds! Ouch!!! So, needless to say he looks a little funny right now. Say a little prayer for my "baby" that his infections get better and he won't get any more!!!
